This 10″ tall vase by Amphora sold for $1021 in May 2011.  This sea green vase is decorated in relief with a cascade of butterflies and a series of “maidens” heads.

Teplitz Amphora Vase By Paul Dachsel

Amphora vase is signed by Teplitz maker Paul Dachsel. Decorated with gilded lady bugs atop clusters of mother-of pearl. The mark is purple DP Turn Teplitz and Made in Austria. The vase dates to ~1905 and measures 12.75″ tall and 6.875″ at its widest point. Its top rim measures 6″ wide. It sold for $2361 in May 2011.

Stellmacher Teplitz Amphora Frog Lotus Pottery Vase

Stellmacher Teplitz Amphora Frog Lotus Pottery Vase has a large frog hunting an insect on three lotus leaves, 21 inches tall, glaze is a matte black with some dark blue high gloss glaze drips. Glaze on frog is light green with gold highlights.  It is marked EST, 749 in ink and impressed 5 and 13.

It sold for $5,100 in January 2010.

RStK factory dragon Amphora vase sold for $3700

17.75″ tall figural dragon Amphora vase sold for $3700 in September 2009. This one is signed on the bottom with the crown mark as can be seen in the photos. This is a design from RStK factory dating from the 1890’s. This has the nice large dragon wrapped around the piece with hand painted trees on the body of the vase.
