John Wesley Pullman (1886-1931) was born in Philadelphia and studied at the Pennsylvania Museum and School of Industrial Art. He worked at Rookwood from 1926 until his death in 1931.

This mark is from 1929 with the initials JWP for artist John Wesley Pullman.
